Wrapping up an incredible week in Amsterdam! Last week, the Paygilant team had the pleasure of hosting Fidelity Bank PLC for an intensive, hands-on fraud management workshop as part of our Premium Customer Training Program.
Over two full days, our teams worked closely together through:
- Deep-dive strategy sessions
- A comprehensive understanding of Paygilant’s core pillars as an enterprise fraud management system
- “Fraud in the AI Era” — and how Paygilant’s technology leverages AI to stay ahead of emerging threats
- Collaborative discussions to tailor best practices for our partner’s needs
The workshop created a strong space for learning, sharing expertise, and strengthening our partnership. A huge thank you to the Fidelity team for the engagement, the thoughtful questions, and the great energy throughout the sessions.
